SUNNYVALE, Calif., Oct. 6 — Interwoven, Inc. today announced the general availability of its content management software, Interwoven TeamSite 6.0 Content Server software. The new release of Interwoven’s core content management offering extends content management access to all business users and enables them to maintain control and distributed ownership of content across the enterprise. Over the course of the product development period, more than 400 customers and partners provided input on TeamSite 6.0. The Beta program included over 90 active participants, and 51 unique customer downloads occurred within the first 24 hours of availability.
Also launched in July and shipping today is Interwoven ContentServices SDK 2.0, http://www.interwoven.com/news/press/2003/0721sdk.html , a Web Services-based toolkit that provides easy-to-integrate, standards-based access to 160 content management services such as task management, workflow, user access, project configuration, and versioning from J2EE and .NET applications. Already, within the first 24 hours of availability, nearly 20 customers have downloaded the ContentServices SDK.

— Native support for IBM and BEA application servers: TeamSite 6.0 will
enable enterprises to leverage IBM and BEA application servers to power
Interwoven client applications using a J2EE framework.
