Ha sido el primer paso de un nuevo programa estratégico centrado en aplicaciones para portales integrales de colaboración con la vista puesta principalmente en instituciones y organismos públicos, como los que son ya sus principales clientes, tales como la Fuerza Aérea, la Guardia Costera y el Servicio Postal norteamericanos.
Con este programa, Broadvision pretende lograr acuerdos con diferentes empresas especializadas. La solución combinada fruto de su acuerdo con Spectel permitirá a sus usuarios el uso de recursos tales como mensajería instantánea, conferencia de voz y datos, gestión del conocimiento, y acceso personalizado a información, herramientas y bases de datos, todo ello desde web o dispositivos wireless y a través de un punto único de acceso.
