This report provides an in-depth view of vendor performance from the customer’s eyesfor BI/analytics tools used in the healthcare provider market.The primary focus is on stand alone, commercial products that are vendor agnostic and used in healthcare for analysis and reporting on varied kinds of data (i.e.,clinical, financial, and operational).For this study, KLAS interviewed healthcare providers, mostly IDNs and hospitals,to learn about their experiences with their vendors.(Ambulatory clinics were nota main part of the research, nor werebroad-use BI or focused-analytics products are primarily focused on/deployed in ambulatory areas.)Several hundred
interviews across many different vendor products contributed to the findings and research data presented.
