Janam Technologies, a provider of rugged mobile computers, launched Wednesday its latest RFID tag reader – the XM2-RFID UHF – designed to improve supply chain efficiency for the retail, transportation and logistics, manufacturing and defense industries.
RFID tags are used in many industries to track assets, processes and personnel. The tag is attached to an asset to be tracked, and an RFID reader reads the wireless signal emitted by the tag.
